Lee is a new addition to the Lancashire Cricket Foundation after joining as Coach Development Manager in September 2018, after spending five years as Performance Director and Coach Development Manager for Cumbria. 

In his role Lee works across the North West looking to support and create development opportunities, both for coaches and coaching. 

He has been a lead technologist for over 20 years and is looking to apply some of those skills in order to help Lancashire Cricket be the number one developer of coaches in the country.
