Paul started work at Lancashire Cricket in December 2003. 

Prior to joining Lancashire he worked as a self-employed cricket coach across the county and delivered sessions in schools and universities. 

In his latest role as a Club and Community Cricket Manager, Paul works closely with clubs and attends Cricket Development Groups in the West Region, whilst at the same time managing three Cricket Development Coaches who deliver the Chance to Shine and All Stars Programmes in Schools. His region covers Merseyside on the Lancashire side of the Mersey, as well as West Lancashire and Wigan.
