Job Title: Community Project Activator
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term until March 31st 2022
Salary: Commensurate with experience
The Lancashire Cricket Foundation, in partnership with the Michael Carrick Foundation, wish to appoint a Community Project Activator primarily responsible for the coordination and delivery of the established ‘Girls Without Boundaries’ programme.
This exciting role seeks an energetic and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for and experience of working with multiple partners to engage inspire, support and develop young women through physical activity.

The Lancashire Cricket Foundation works across the North West to develop and deliver a range of projects, programmes and events designed to engage, excite, inspire and improve individuals through cricket. Established as the official charity of Lancashire Cricket, the Lancashire Cricket Foundation provides high quality experiences that make a positive difference to the lives of the individuals it engages.
The programme you will be responsible for delivering targets young women identified as at risk of being socially excluded from sport and physical activity as a result of additional challenges faced. By engaging and empowering these young women through physical activity the project aims to help them to become more active, resilient and to demonstrate increased skills and attainment in order to maximise their potential.
You will have practical experience of sports / community project development and delivery with a passionate belief in making a positive difference to the lives of individuals. You will have some experience of working as part of a team and with partners and volunteers.
