Oliver Passant is excited to be part of the Lancashire Cricket Foundation Youth Board, where he looks forward to representing youth voices in cricket and making impactful decisions. He’s eager to collaborate with fellow Youth Board members and the wider Lancashire Cricket Foundation, all while honing his skills in communication and decision-making.

Oliver is passionate about the future of cricket within the community, believing that grassroots engagement is key to the sport's growth. His experience attending Foundation courses and summer cricket sessions has fueled his desire to use his voice on the Board to enhance access and opportunities for all.
