The semi-finals of the 2019 Lancashire Knockout Cup, sponsored by Heineken, take place this Sunday and we invited the four captains to Emirates Old Trafford for Lancashire Lightning's Vitality Blast fixture against Worcestershire Rapids to preview the matches. 

Dean Morris (Horwich), Mark Friend (Darwen), Ben Barrow (Netherfield) and Hashum Malik (Norden) joined Hugh Ferris on the outfield during the interval to talk up their side's chances.
