Community Programme Manager Lancashire Cricket Foundation Full Time (40 Hours) – 5 in 7 days including evenings and weekends Salary commensurate with experience.

The Lancashire Cricket Foundation (LCF) are looking to appoint a Community Programme Manager to work with/in key communities across Lancashire (with a focus on Greater Manchester) to manage the development and implementation of a range of projects, programmes and initiatives that engage and inspire individuals through cricket.

This is a unique and diverse role which will allow you to use your experience and knowledge to engage with key communities and establish opportunities to access and play cricket.

You will also identify and develop opportunities to use cricket to address key social issues within communities.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience in a sport and / or community development management role within the charity, sport, CIC, local authority or similar sectors and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of managing projects and programmes that work in the heart of communities to engage a diverse range of individuals.

LCF works across Lancashire to develop and deliver a range of projects, programmes and events designed to increase participation levels in the game.

It is designated as the local governing body for all recreational cricket in the County by the national governing body, The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Established as the official charity of Lancashire Cricket, LCF provides high quality cricket experiences that make a positive difference to the lives of the individuals it engages with.

The Role Employed by LCF as our Community Programme Manager you will be responsible for engaging with key communities to create lifelong participation in cricket opportunities (playing, watching or volunteering).
