Education Chance to Shine Officer, Dave Reddy joined the Lancashire Cricket Foundation in April 2007. 

His role involves the administrating and reporting of the Education Department and oversee the delivery of the Chance to Shine programme, Schools Affiliation Package, CTS Street, All Stars Cricket, Kwik Cricket as well as all related schools competitions and events.
