LCF Youth Board

Do you live in Lancashire? Aged 15 to 25? Passionate about having an input into cricket, youth voice and creating better opportunities in cricket for people across Lancashire? We want to hear from you!

Our Youth Board will be the voice of the diverse community we serve as ambassadors and advisors across Lancashire! 
Why should you get involved? 
- Opportunity to influence key decision makers 
- Boost personal development 
- Training and skill development
- Ensuring youth voices are heard across cricket
- Attending events, creating communication content, represent Lancashire cricket foundation at key meetings
- Links to the LCF Board 
- Meetings with Senior Management at LCF 
And so much more ... 

What happens? 
- You will be on the board for at least 1 year, this may be extended up to a maximum of 3 years 
- You will have the chance to opt into different opportunities - online and face to face
- Regular meetings where you will 

What is the commitment? 
- Being part of the Youth Board for 1 year 
- Attend meetings 6 times a year (bi-monthly) in person or face to face 
- Be available for a minimum of 3 events online or face to face (outside of the bi-monthly meetings).
