The EDI Content Hub is an online resource for the game which shares lived experiences from across the EDI spectrum. Content is regularly added, with recent uploads covering race, mental health and disability & neurodiversity.

We have also just made available a free cost of living guide to help employers steer employees through these uncertain financial times, including advice on how to spot who is most vulnerable. On the platform you can hear from David 'Syd' Lawrence, the first British-born Black player to represent England and now President of Gloucestershire Cricket, as he shares his experiences of growing up playing cricket and the challenges that he and other Black players have faced in the game.

You can also listen to young Lancashire player Olivia Thomas talking about her autism, and Shivanie Patel sharing her experience of co-founding an all-women cricket club and the Dream Big Desi Women programme.
