Walking Cricket

Come and join our walking cricket sessions!

Our Walking Cricket session was initially set up in 2019 and is aimed at men and women over 50 who want to keep active, improve physical and mental health, meet new friends and have fun.

It is an adaption of the traditional game and caters for all abilities. There is no running allowed and it is played with a softer ball.

Walking Cricket is not just about the physical benefits but is often, the enjoyment of the activity and each other’s company that motivates participants to come back every week.
