I work at the English Football League (EFL) as the Club Inclusion Manager responsible for the delivery and compliance of the EFL’s Equality Code of Practice. Supporting and advising Member Clubs on all aspects of the Code, including the development and delivery of central inclusion initiatives.

I have over 25 years experience working in the sports industry and I am passionate about using sport as a tool to empower and inspire people from all backgrounds and cultures. My passion stems from my parents who are both disabled and have faced many challenges over the years, both as participants and spectators. I also have a keen interest in the development of cricket and the role it plays in promoting inclusion and diversity across all levels of the game as my step son plays for a local Club and represents Lancashire junior cricket league at an Inter-league level.
