I have a deep interest in promoting and advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within the sports industry. My key areas of focus include:

• Improving the representation of women in sport: I believe in breaking down barriers and creating equal opportunities for women at all levels of participation.
• Increasing participation of disadvantaged groups: Ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, has access to the benefits and joys of sport is a core passion of mine.
• Supporting hidden disabilities: I am particularly passionate about neurodiversity and the need to create spaces that welcome and support individuals with hidden disabilities, both on and off the field.

I was inspired by LCF’s mission to engage, excite, inspire, and uplift individuals through the power of cricket. This aligns perfectly with my personal values of inclusivity and togetherness in sport.

With my background in football, I feel that my experience can bring a valuable perspective to LCF. I am deeply committed to accelerating EDI across all sports, and I am driven by the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to participate and thrive in their communities through sport.
