Humayun Islam BEM BCAc serves as the Chairman of the Inclusion Advisory Board at the Lancashire Cricket Foundation. With extensive experience spanning several years in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), he has been instrumental in promoting inclusive practices within sports. Currently a Non-Executive Director at the Lancashire Cricket Foundation and Humayun has led numerous projects aimed at increasing accessibility and participation across diverse communities. His dedication to fostering inclusivity earned him recognition with the British Empire Medal (BEM), and he continues to be a key advocate for positive social change through sports.
