Cricket in Lancashire, and Lancashire Cricket in particular, have had a profound impact on my life. I wanted to give back by sharing my knowledge and experience as an EDI professional to help the Lancashire Cricket Foundation make the sport more diverse and inclusive for everyone. I believe in the power of sport to bring communities together, and I’m excited to support the Foundation in creating meaningful change.

I have a deep commitment to advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within the sporting world, with key interests in:

• Disability inclusion: Advocating for greater accessibility and opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
• Addressing systemic and structural barriers: Working to dismantle the challenges that hinder equal participation.
• EDI data and tracking impact: Using data-driven approaches to measure and track progress in achieving true inclusion.
