I am a highly skilled, experienced, and qualified Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) professional, with over 30 years of experience in a range of diverse sectors. I have extensive experience in the design, delivery, and management of EDI strategies, and have led large-scale cultural transformational programmes. As an Executive Coach, I support organisations in embedding EDI into their systems and processes, ensuring it becomes an integral part of their daily operations. Driven by a deep passion for fairness and social justice, I strive to create a society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and contribute. Cricket has been a central part of my childhood and community life, and in my Board role, I am committed to understanding and addressing participation barriers, particularly for young women.
