Natasha started work for the Lancashire Cricket Foundation as an apprentice back in 2012, she was the first apprentice to be taken on by the Foundation. 

Natasha, who previously worked at Emirates Old Trafford as a waitress and attended Wellacre Sixth Form, worked her way up to delivering her own programme for the Foundation - Girls Without Boundaries. 

She works with young women that have been identified from secondary schools as suffering from bullying, tough home lives and other circumstances. Natasha works with the young women to build their confidence, self-esteem and to build new friendships.

The programme is based around learning self-defence Thai boxing moves, which are then turned into a dance Thai boxing performance. Several of the young women have since gone on to perform their routines on the pitch at Emirates Old Trafford during the intervals at Vitality Blast matches.
