Lancashire Cricket Foundation follow strict safer recruitment practices to ensure all individuals working with us are suitable and appropriately vetted. This includes thorough background checks, references, identity verification, and, where required, enhanced DBS checks. Our recruitment processes are designed to identify, deter, and prevent unsuitable individuals from working with children or vulnerable adults. We also carry out ongoing due diligence to maintain high safeguarding standards throughout employment or volunteering.
