COVID-19: Recreational Cricket Guide

We've got all of the latest updates, information and resources for Clubs & Leagues in Lancashire during the COVID-19 outbreak

Following the Government’s advice around social distancing, on Wednesday 18 March, it was with sadness and reluctance that we recommended that all forms of recreational cricket in Lancashire were to be suspended.

Since then Lancashire Cricket Foundation has been working with the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to understand what support is required across the cricket community, particularly local clubs and leagues - who will have such a huge role to play in our nation’s response to coming out of this situation.

This is our dedicated COVID-19 page, set up to provide you with all of the latest news, updates and resources concerning cricket in Lancashire, following the outbreak. We will be sharing helpful online resources, a cricket isolation guide and children's activities to help all of our Clubs, Leagues and Players in Lancashire to get through this tough time together.

It is recommended that you keep an eye on Sport England and Government updates through their websites. The Lancashire Cricket Foundation and the ECB will also communicate these.
