Our role is to assist, develop and grow the recreational game in Lancashire by playing a key role in sustaining and developing a thriving network of clubs in Lancashire enabling the game to grow and diversify. As your local Cricket Development Officer, we are also the link between club and school programmes with a view to maximising participation and a strong focus on transition from school to club and community opportunities. As part of our role, we are responsible for administering and implementing the preparation and delivery of all elements of the LCF Schools Chance to Shine Coaching Programme – please get in touch for more information around school delivery.
