Reporting Discrimination in Recreational Cricket Across Lancashire

If you are part of the recreational game as a player, coach, volunteer, official, parent, or supporter — and have experienced or witnessed discriminatory behaviour at any club or league across Lancashire, please contact: mhaydock@lancashirecricket.co.uk

Your report will be handled directly by Michael Haydock, Lancashire Cricket’s Discrimination Investigator for recreational cricket. All reports will be treated with complete confidentiality, and Michael will carry out a thorough and fair investigation in line with the England and Wales Cricket Board’s (ECB) Anti-Discrimination Code and safeguarding policies.

Lancashire Cricket is committed to ensuring that everyone in the grassroots game feels safe, respected, and supported.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a report or investigation, you may escalate your concern through our independent whistleblowing process. This will be reviewed by senior members of Lancashire Cricket, independent of the original investigation team.
