NEW TRAINING | INTRODUCING THE BOUNDARY

The Cricket Regulator’s Anti-Discrimination Unit (ADU) is proud to introduce a new, interactive online e-learning package called ‘Introducing the Boundary’. It aims to equip everyone with the knowledge and skills to minimise and challenge discrimination, both on and off the field.

A micro-refresher course is also available as a handy follow up ‘go to’ guide. Both courses are available in English and Welsh. Below are further details about what’s included and how to get started…

What does the training cover?
  • Understanding and addressing different types of discrimination.
  • The reporting process.
  • Relevant legislation & managing cases of discrimination.

How long does it take to complete?
The training takes 30-45 minutes approximately and can be completed at your own pace. It doesn’t need to be finished in one sitting.

How do I access it?
You can access via a sign-up link here.
If you have an existing e-learning account you can just self-enrol on the course here.
Why is this training important?
The Cricket Regulator acknowledges the ongoing need to support and educate the Cricket Network. This new module is a step forward in our commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive cricket community. It reflects the proactive steps we’re taking to address discrimination and create a safe and welcoming environment for all.
