Turn#RedforRuth
Win a visit to your club from Sir Andrew Strauss by supporting #RedforRuth on Saturday 25 July – for families facing one of life’s toughest tests.
A reminder of the Red for Ruth Challenge taking place between now and 26 July where clubs who go really red and tag #RedforRuth and @Ruthstraussfdn on twitter will have the chance to be featured on SkySports during The Ruth Strauss Foundation Test match, and the winner, picked by Sir Andrew Strauss LIVE on SkySports – will receive a visit from the man himself and Ruth Strauss Foundation celebrity ambassadors for a bit of coaching, drinks and a Q&A at the club.
Clubs may encourage players to train and play in red, dress the pavilion with red balloons and bunting or change social media logos to all red versions. Clubs can also take advantage of the social media #RedforRuth assets which can be found here.

National Counties Cricket Association T20 Competition
Today, the ECB Cricket Committee approved the cancellation of the National Counties Cricket Association (NCCA) T20 competition in-line with other national recreational competitions.
Any matches for National County sides that do take place will be locally arranged ‘friendlies’ ideally between neighbouring counties, and inline with latest ECB and UK Government social distancing guidelines.
