Lancashire Cricket Foundation End of Season Awards
The Lancashire Cricket Foundation End of Season Awards took place on Friday 8th October at Emirates Old Trafford.
Players, Members and Officials came together from all parts of the North West to celebrate the 2022 Season.
Clubs from both Lancashire and Cheshire were in attendence to receive their Grassroots Awards, whilst it was combined with the Professional Cricket Awards with the Lancashire and Thunder players.
There was eleven Grassroot Award winners on behalf of the Lancashire Cricket Foundation who recieved their awards on Friday night.
The awards ranged from Grounds Managment Team of the Year, to awards celebrating the work in communities such as Game Changer of the year and the Connecting Communuties Award.
Lancashire Player of the Year Keaton Jennings presented the Award winners with their trophies.
Mahmudur Rubel Rahman won the Connecting Communities Award.
Connor Lord won the Inspired to Play Award.
James McGregor won the Rising Star Award.
Kasim Mirza won the Game Changer Award.
Mark Robinson won the Unsung Hero Award.
Nicola Reeves won the Growing the Game Award.
Dr. Chris Gunn won the Cricket Innovators Award.
Mawdesley Cricket Club won the Tackling Climate Change Award.
Chris Hill won the Safe Hands Award.
Settle Cricket Club won the Grounds Management Team of the Year Award.
Paul Wills won the Lifetime Acheiver Award.
