We are looking to launch a Young Officials Academy to support new scorers and umpires on their journey. The programme will support those aged between 13 and 25 to develop their skills across a range of scoring and umpiring courses, including providing individual support and a wider support network through the academy. We are looking initially for expressions of interest from those aged 13 to 25 from Lancashire. You don’t need to have any experience of scoring or umpiring, just keen to develop one or both of those skills.
