Claire Morgan is a Board Member of the Lancashire Cricket Foundation with over 30 years of experience in finance. She has played a key role in the financial development of the Foundation since its establishment, creating the original chart of accounts and implementing the financial procedures that continue to support the organisation’s governance and operations today.

Claire also works closely with Lancashire Cricket Club and currently manages a team of five staff who provide financial support across both the Club and the Foundation. Her extensive experience and long-standing involvement ensure strong financial oversight and continuity.

Outside of her professional role, Claire is a married mother of three and has actively supported her children in their chosen sports. She is a strong advocate for children’s participation in sport, believing it plays a vital role in keeping young people active, helping them build friendships, develop social skills and learn respect for others.
