Jordan brings significant experienced in governance, risk management, audit and compliance to the Lancashire Cricket Foundation Board. He is a Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years' experience across a number of roles including BDO, KPMG and notably Everton Football Club where Jordan led the risk management, audit and compliance functions across both the Football Club as well as Everton in the Community. Jordan is currently the Group Head of Risk at Henry Bath & Son Limited, who are a global warehousing and logistics business. 

Jordan also has extensive experience as a non-Executive Director having previously served on the Board of Ashton Pioneer Homes, a housing association based in North Manchester, including 5 years as the Chair of the organisation, stepping down after 9 years in line with the governance requirements of the association and the sector. 
Jordan is committed to supporting the Foundation to develop and enhance governance in line with best practice across the sector and regulatory requirements
