ECB Foundation I Coach
Coaching is an enormously rewarding, challenging and crucial role in cricket.
ECB Foundation I Coach is a new coach development programme and qualification that has been created to help more people take their first steps into coaching cricket.
A blend of e-learning and face-to-face modules led by ECB Coach Developers will explore what coaching looks like, the impact you can have as an ECB Foundation I Coach, the skills you can help players to develop and how you can learn from your experiences.
By committing yourself to this programme and becoming a qualified coach you will become an important part of the ECB’s coaching family that works together to help players improve, have fun, be safe and learn at every stage of their development.

ECB Certificate in Coaching Young People & Adults Cricket (L2)
This course is designed to help to develop your confidence and equip you with the knowledge, understanding and applied skills to lead coaching sessions for young people and adults and create safe, enjoyable, and stimulating player-centred coaching environments.
The ECB Foundation II course has been postponed till 2022. This course will still be available in 2021.
Anyone who wants to go straight on to a L2 qualification this will be your last chance as from 2022 you will need to attend both the Foundation 1 and 2 courses. This course is recommended if you have played cricket or are coming from a coaching or teaching background.

ECB L2 Practical Assessments (Module 8)
Assessment for L2 - ECB Certificate in coaching children and coaching young people and adult's cricket.

ECB Coaching in Schools Module
This workshop is designed to develop your confidence and equip you with the knowledge, understanding and applied skills to lead player-centred coaching sessions in primary schools and support school staff teaching cricket, this is a Chance to Shine (C2S) requirement

Lancashire Cricket - Skill Set - CDP
These workshops are aimed at experienced coaches with at least one year’s delivery experience post qualification. They will provide a framework to understand what good looks like and provide some practical insight how we can help support player development

ECB Advanced Coach (previously L3)
The new advanced course is available to all coaches that have attained a L2 qualification, the course entry includes an interview and practical facilitation test and includes mitt work, sidearm, feeding and hitting.

ECB Health & Safety Assessment (UKBA H&S) Inc. Safeguarding & Protecting Children
This assessment is required for those seeking to enter the UK on a "Tier 5" creative and sporting Visa only and includes the safeguarding and protecting children training and requirement.

ECB Certificate Coaching Children’s Cricket
Overseas Amateurs/Professional coming to play in this country during 2020 on a Tier 5 Visa need to complete the ECB Certificate in Coaching Children (L2) course.
