We have relaunched our former Youth Board as the Youth Advisory Group, bringing together nine passionate and diverse young people aged 16–24 who meet monthly to share ideas and help shape cricket across Lancashire.
The group focuses on four key priorities where we believe we can make the greatest impact: improving opportunities and experiences for neurodiverse young people, women and girls, officials, and young people from ethnically diverse communities.
We are continuing to recruit enthusiastic young people who want to make a difference and help ensure cricket is a game for all.
